SALES ADMINISTRATOR - ISANDO

Support and assist the sales team with administration that is required in order for the team to provide a seamless, accurate process and a competitive edge. Provide customer support and constantly communicate with all relevant

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Refer new customers to Head Office Credit Control

  • Generating customer quotations and disseminate via email

  • Export orders received via EDI portal every 2 hours

  • Make delivery bookings for DC orders and submit pick slips to Warehouse Manager

  • Process all new orders received on EDI portal (EMAIL /WEBSUPPLIER/EXPORTS/ DC’s, etc.)

  • timeously and accurately, avoiding duplications and errors

  • Ask for clarification on any unclear order document/instruction/request

  • Inform Sales Admin Supervisor, IT or KAM of any Master Data Issues affecting order processing

  • (Stock codes/Low Value/Account/Due Dates, etc.)

  • Communicate any important requests with the warehouse team by making notes on pick slips

  • Print pick slips and complete pick slip record book for admin to collect

  • Follow up on any “on hold” pick slip issues once a week with the Sales Agent (Suspense/ Cash

  • Payments, etc.)

  • Daily follow up on any order price issues with the relevant people

  • Resolve customer queries (Email /Telephonic) within an acceptable time frame

  • Resolve and respond to all email queries received from all company stakeholders within an

  • acceptable time frame

  • Using root cause analysis to find out the real issue and resolution BEFORE responding to queries

  • Escalate any unresolved Issues with the Sales Admin Supervisor

  • Go through the daily open order list every afternoon, identify any discrepancies, and take the

  • necessary actions (Due Dates/Not Invoiced, Low values, Duplications etc)

  • Liaise with Control Sheet administrator, Dispatch, Invoicing clerk to resolve any issues identified

  • on the Open order list

  • Sending out customer Invoices by email as and when requested

  • Sending out Export Customer Invoices as per issued list

  • Following Cash account processes according to

  • Following Free Stock processes according to standard operating procedure

  • Cross checking orders to maintain accuracy 

  • Perform any other adhoc duties as and when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric is essential

  • A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage 3 years' Sales and Marketing experience in the retail environment

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office & SYSPRO)

  • Good customer relationships​

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - ISANDO

Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; responsible for safeguarding the warehouse as well as supervising staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive all incoming stocks and materials into the Warehouse

  • Check stocks against the delivery notes

  • Once stock is picked and taken to the packing area, ensure stock is packed according to the

  • invoice and put on the tables allocated, for loading the vehicles the next day

  • Process stock as per customer request and ensure all is in order for delivery

  • Follow up on any queries relating to picking slips and collecting of orders

  • Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries

  • Track inventory levels and ensure replenishment

  • Report any irregularities or problems to the Warehouse Manager

  • Handle all materials in accordance with health & safety standards

  • Participate in stock cycle counts and stock-taking as and when required in accordance with SOPs

  • Ensure that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures

  • Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the dispatch area

  • Constantly work to improve processes

  • Deliver efficiencies to support year on year operational budget reduction

  • In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, implement warehouse and management systems

  • and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement

  • Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative

  • improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service

  • Occasional control of fork lift to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets

  • Oversee any planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

  • Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S

  • housekeeping standards are maintained at all times

  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse

  • management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain the management of supplier return packaging

  • Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant department

  • Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part

  • shortages

  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

  • Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure

  • a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation

  • Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with

  • minimum handling and stock damage

  • Supervision of staff

  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members

  • Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse employees

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

IT FIELD TECHNICIAN CAPE TOWN

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

·        Providing end-user (first and second line) support request on both hardware and software related problems

·        Install and configure new end user computers and associated peripherals as needed

·        Perform network and end user PC fault finding and ensure that end user workstations perform optimally

·        Installations at clients – Network switches, Routers, Cabling, Desktops, Printers, Scales, Monitors, UPS’s

·        De-Installations of old equipment

·        Assist clients with monthly stocktakes on the paint system as required

·        Train clients on how to use the paint software when needed

·        To ensure scale calibrations are always up to date

·        Updating new software releases

·        Link workstations to Main PC’s

·        Remote Support

·        Comply with IT policies and standard operating procedures

 

Knowledge and Skills:

 

·        Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Product Suites

·        Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audience including senior management and partners

·        Able to install network cabling

·        Understanding of LAN, WAN, DNS

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Ability to follow detailed instructions from senior management

·        Keen to learn

SALES REPRESENTATIVE FMCG

Training to be attended at Head Office in Johannesburg (candidate will be tested on product knowledge) as well as attending monthly sales meetings at Head Office 

 

SKILLS:
